As soon as you complete your booking on the website you'll receive a rental confirmation email with all of your rental details included. This email includes directions to the car rental pick up location and opening hours. If the rental includes car hire insurance, all of the documentation will be attached to the email
Collecting at an airport but not sure of your flight number? It's ok! - you can complete your booking now and add the flight number to your booking later on. Adding your flight number will help the car hire company to wait for you if the flight is late. You should review the T&Cs to understand what to do if your flight is delayed or cancelled.

To collect your car the lead driver should present a Valid driver's license, Passport or National Identity Card, Credit or debit card in the lead driver's name, Home and local (hotel, villa etc) address and a Booking confirmation email. Car rentals in Guam are usually fully insured with an excess amount. You can either purchase Essential cover for the excess or choose Premium cover to reduce the excess amount to zero. We clearly explain all of the insurance details every step of the way.

All of our rentals in Guam include a full to full fuel policy. You'll pick the car up with a full tank of fuel and be asked to leave a small deposit for fuel when you collect the car. The deposit is refunded when you return the car with a full tank.

One thing to think about when deciding if you want to use a debit card on collection, car rental companies often hold an insurance excess on the lead drivers credit card, this is often a large amount of money and if you decide to pay using a debit card this can be debited from your bank and not refunded until weeks following completion of your rental contract.
If you've chosen Basic or Essential Cover for your car rental, this usually means that you'll be required to present a credit card in the name of the lead driver on collection of the car. You'll more often than not be given the opportunity to pay for a top up policy by the rental partner at the collection desk, which then allows you to use a debit card in the name of the lead driver.
