We work closely with our car rental partners to bring you the lowest prices possible so we won't be beaten on price. If you see a price for the same rental at a lower price on another website we'll match it. To claim a price match fill in the following form and our customer services team will get back to you.
A 'price match' must be for an identical rental. An 'identical rental' is defined as the same country of residence; same driving licence registration country and age of lead driver; same vehicle class and car rental provider/brand; and same collection and drop-off locations, dates and times. Price matches do not include insurance products or extras (such as child seats, GPS, driver age supplements). 'Insurance products' refers to (but is not limited to) third-party insurance or car rental company excess waiver policies (referred to as Stress Free cover, Essential Cover or Premium Cover on our website). Price matches also do not include limited-time special offers and promotions. Price matches must be visible publicly online without the need to log in to a website using user credentials or user accounts. Offers only available via telephone or any other non-online booking and payment process are not included. To claim a price match, you must have a rental booked with us and the claim must be made prior to 48 hours of collecting the vehicle. If we find the price to be valid, we will match it either with a partial refund against your existing booking or by cancelling your existing booking and rebooking it at the discounted rate. If the price match refund is processed as a 'cancel and rebook', this must be processed over the phone with our customer service team.
